I guess i should start with a bit of background. I am 19 years old and I just completed my first year out of school, out of home, out of my hometown and out of the life i have always known. At times this new life I'm leading can be quite hard and disheartening but at the same time, these times are the stepping stones to the rest of my life and its really exciting.
I began this blog to be almost like a time capsule. In a few years I want to look back on this blog just to prove to myself what I'm capable of with some patience, hard work and faith.
While there is a really small deep side to why I'm starting this blog, there is also a fun reason why.
I have been following a number of blogs for a long time now (I'll put the list of my favourites below) and i have always wanted to try it. I am really interested in fashion and art and I'd love to use this blog as a creative outlet. Right now, I get dressed in the morning in an outfit I'm proud of creating, without anyone even noticing what i put on, and i will do a painting and send a picture to my boyfriend .. and thats about as far seen as it gets.
I have started a few blogs in the past but i got way to hung up in the little amount of followers I had and how i compared to my favourite bloggers.
This time around i have a different approach. Im going to post at LEAST once a week even if i never gather a single follower. I am going to post outfit posts despite how I feel about my appearance. (I'll set up a lookbook.nu account too).
So if you got lost in the big wide world of the internet and some how found yourself reading this right now, welcome to my blog!
